just finished watching the Nicolas Marlet workshop over at CGMW it was very interesting to see his approach to drawing, It was just a video of him drawing there was no commentary, just a vid of him doing his thing, it left me with a feeling of more to be desired but great non the less. If your a fan of his work I'd recommend you sign up to watch him work.
Did he draw a group of crocodiles and a frog in the middle?
